SAP Finance & Controlling Team Lead

About the role

The SAP Finance & Controlling Team Lead will drive the delivery and management of SAP finance and controlling solutions within a complex industrial manufacturing environment. Reporting to senior management, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Finance & Controlling team to implement, maintain and enhance SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design system enhancements.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP finance and controlling modules with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Develop and execute project plans for system upgrades and new implementations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver training and support to end‑users to maximise system utilisation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in SAP finance and controlling modules.
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in analytics or related disciplines.
