SAP Security Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant to join our team for a 6‑month fixed‑term assignment. Working hybrid (40% office) from Sussex or Birmingham, you will support project delivery, enhancements and live‑service operations for SAP security across multiple landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver SAP security changes, including end‑to‑end solution designs, role specifications, impact analysis and test management for new and existing projects.
• Support technical implementations such as upgrades and SU25 activities.
• Manage SAP security incident resolution, performing root‑cause analysis and problem statements for project, enhancement and maintenance releases.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the SAP CCC Operation Centre for all security‑related issues.

Required profile

• Expertise in administering SAP security using Central User Administration.
• Hands‑on experience creating user roles and authorizations.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with SAP teams and business users.
• Ability to follow security administration policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of security in SAP ECC, BW, Enterprise Portal and S/4 HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and cloud security administration is a bonus.
