SAP Systems Analyst – S/4 HANA (Hybrid, Hatfield)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Systems Analyst to own and enhance our SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) landscape. You will work within a collaborative IT team, supporting day‑to‑day operations and delivering transformation projects across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design effective SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
• Lead and support end‑to‑end SAP projects, ensuring milestones are met.
• Collaborate with business users, IT colleagues and third‑party suppliers to deliver system enhancements.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing, training plans and project communications.
• Monitor project risks, timelines and resources while driving continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing SAP support and act as a trusted advisor on system functionality.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of SAP experience with full project lifecycle delivery.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, especially Sales & Distribution (SD); finance knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical abilities.
