SAP Systems Analyst – S/4 HANA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Systems Analyst to own and enhance our SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) landscape. You will work within a collaborative IT team, supporting day‑to‑day operations while driving business‑critical transformation projects across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design effective SAP S/4 HANA SD solutions.
• Lead and support end‑to‑end SAP project delivery, ensuring milestones are met.
• Collaborate with business users, IT colleagues and third‑party suppliers to implement system enhancements.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training plans and project communications.
• Monitor project risks, timelines and resources while contributing to continuous improvement within the PMO.
• Provide ongoing SAP support and act as a trusted advisor on system functionality and future developments.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of SAP experience covering the full project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, especially Sales & Distribution (SD); finance knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BW reporting and Roles & Authorisations is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
