Saturday Only Specialist Delivery Driver

About the role
Royal Mail is seeking a reliable driver to work Saturdays only, delivering parcels and pouches across a designated route in the Bristol area. The role is fixed‑term for 24 months, offering 8 hours of work each Saturday from 03:00 to 11:00.
Key responsibilities
- Plan daily routes using the company’s route‑planning technology.
- Collect and deliver pouches, parcels and tote boxes to a variety of business customers.
- Scan items on pickup and delivery to provide real‑time tracking information.
Required profile
- Valid full manual UK driving licence for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes, with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet tight timelines.
- Comfortable driving for long periods and handling parcels up to 30 kg.
- Willingness to work paid overtime and support colleagues when needed.
