Scheduler – Field Service & Installation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our friendly team in Milton Keynes. You will coordinate the schedules of field‑based service and installation technicians, ensuring efficient delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate reactive and installation work to meet service level agreements.
• Plan installations and coordinate return visits within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to achieve First Time Fix.
• Review and update follow‑up work promptly.
• Liaise with internal service support teams for smooth operations.
• Provide accurate ETAs and updates to internal teams and customers.
• Manage and monitor aged calls to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a planning or scheduling role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of UK geography.
• Highly organised, self‑managing and able to work under pressure.
• Methodical, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Professional telephone manner and proactive attitude.

What we offer

• Hybrid working after a 3‑month probation (3 days office, 2 days home).
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:00.
