Scheduler

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join our busy maintenance team in Southbourne. You will coordinate reactive, responsive and planned maintenance work, supporting engineers, clients and internal teams to deliver a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate daily and weekly jobs to engineers, providing clear instructions and prioritising urgent repairs.
• Schedule planned maintenance, void works and small projects, adjusting plans as availability or client needs change.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, engineers and internal teams, handling enquiries via phone, email and client portals.
• Review engineer updates, ensure job records are accurate, complete and compliant, and flag any quality, safety or deadline concerns.
• Order materials, liaise with suppliers, manage deliveries and maintain records of issued items.
• Prepare quotes, estimates and invoices, update job management systems and support reporting and general administration.
