Scheduler

About the role

We are seeking a Scheduler to be the first point of contact for customers, handling maintenance queries and coordinating engineer appointments. The role supports a global organisation based in Leeds, ensuring smooth installation and routine checks while delivering an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve customer maintenance enquiries.
• Work closely with engineers to schedule appointments and optimise their routes.
• Organise installations and routine checks, ensuring all necessary parts and supplies are ordered.
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation related to each job.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure jobs run from start to finish.

Required profile

• Previous experience in scheduling, planning or coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, busy environment.
• Team‑player attitude.
