Scheduler – Logistics & Administration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our growing team in Tunbridge Wells. In this temporary, full‑time position you will ensure that all operational tasks are planned, tracked and completed on schedule, supporting smooth service delivery during a busy growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain and update logistics and scheduling systems with accurate task information.
• Handle incoming and internal queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor progress of assignments and flag any potential delays.
• Generate reports on scheduling performance for management review.

Required profile

• Proven experience in scheduling or logistics administration.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Confident problem‑solver with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with ERP and logistics scheduling software.
