About the role
We are seeking a reliable Scheme Cleaner to maintain communal areas in Alton. This part‑time, permanent position involves keeping shared spaces safe, tidy and welcoming for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
- Ensure shared spaces are safe, tidy and welcoming.
- Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally.
- Use simple technology to record completed work.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
