Scheme Manager

About the role

Stonewater is seeking a proactive Scheme Manager for its Raglan Court retirement living scheme in Southampton. You will be the friendly face of the scheme, supporting day‑to‑day operations and ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Delivery Manager with daily operational tasks and resident liaison.
• Conduct essential safety checks, including health & safety, fire safety, and the warden call system.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and manage risk, including safeguarding concerns.
• Keep accurate records, handle resident feedback and complaints, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in housing or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong organisational abilities and a self‑starter attitude.
• Clear communication skills for working with residents, colleagues, contractors, and external agencies.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check, provide references, and hold a valid Right‑to‑Work document.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
