Scheme Manager

About the role

Prima Group is seeking a proactive Scheme Manager to oversee a sheltered accommodation scheme for older adults in Litherland. You will deliver first‑class customer service, support tenants with diverse needs, and ensure the scheme operates safely and in line with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day operations of the scheme, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage tenant enquiries, provide advice on local services, and reduce social isolation.
• Collect rent and other income, aiming to meet financial targets.
• Conduct property viewings, let vacant units, and oversee repairs and cost analysis.
• Maintain communal areas, including winter pathway gritting and health‑and‑safety checks.
• Provide cover across all schemes, handling calls and housebound visits during office closures.

Required profile

• GCSE Grade C or equivalent in maths and English.
• Strong commitment to customer‑service excellence and resilience.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and performance‑focused.
