Scheme Manager – Retirement Living

About the role

Stonewater is seeking a proactive Scheme Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at Raglan Court, a retirement living scheme in Southampton. You will be the friendly face of the community, supporting residents to live safely and independently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Delivery Manager with daily scheme operations and resident liaison.
• Carry out health & safety, fire safety and warden‑call system checks to ensure compliance.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, including safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain accurate records, handle resident feedback and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with contractors, external agencies and internal teams to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Experience in housing or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong organisational abilities and a self‑starter attitude.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with residents, colleagues and external partners.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check, provide references and demonstrate right‑to‑work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Salary £13,988 per annum (pro‑rated) – £27,976 FTE.
