School Administrator – Primary School (Barnet)

About the role
We are seeking a confident and organised School Administrator to join a welcoming primary school in Barnet. This full‑time, long‑term role will support the day‑to‑day running of the school and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors and answer telephone calls.
- Maintain attendance registers, record keeping and safeguarding documentation.
- Coordinate the Headteacher’s diary and schedule meetings.
- Handle general office duties, including filing, data entry and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to teaching staff as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience working as a School Administrator in a primary school.
- Proficiency with the Arbor school management system (essential).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
