School Data Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented School Data Officer to join a supportive school in Harrow from September 2026. The role will be central to maintaining accurate pupil information and supporting senior leaders with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school’s Management Information System (MIS).
• Ensure pupil data is accurate, up‑to‑date and complies with statutory requirements.
• Produce regular reports and analyse data for senior leadership.
• Support attendance, admissions and census returns processes.
• Collaborate with teaching and administrative staff to streamline data workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with school data or administration.
• Knowledge of school MIS platforms such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom (desirable).
• Excellent IT, organisational and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive and reliable work approach.
