School Facilities Manager – Wandsworth (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive School Facilities Manager (Caretaker) to keep our Wandsworth campus safe, secure, clean and well‑maintained. Working Monday‑to‑Friday, you will support the Site Manager and ensure the school environment meets the highest standards for students, staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the school premises, act as key holder and respond to emergency call‑outs.
• Maintain security of buildings, grounds and equipment, conducting regular site checks.
• Perform basic maintenance, repairs, litter picking and general caretaking duties.
• Identify and report issues that require specialist attention.
• Support health and safety compliance, reporting hazards and risks promptly.
• Liaise with contractors, service providers and delivery personnel, ensuring site procedures are followed.
