About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Librarian to manage the school library in Ealing, creating a vibrant learning environment that encourages reading and literacy among students.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the use of the school library and encourage student engagement.
- Maintain an efficient, well‑organized library collection.
- Support the development of reading and literacy skills across the curriculum.
- Design and deliver library‑based programmes and reading initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience in library management or teaching.
- Passion for working with young people and fostering a love of reading.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Relevant qualification (advantageous but not mandatory).

What we offer
- Salary of £35,661 per year plus 18.7% pension contribution.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas closure and discretionary days.
