Science Supply Teacher – Flexible Day Rates in Surrey

About the role

We are seeking qualified Science teachers to join our pool of day‑to‑day supply staff for secondary schools across the Farnham, Camberley and Ash areas of Surrey. This role offers the freedom to teach without the burden of lesson planning or marking, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging Science lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality Science lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 a bonus).
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Adapt teaching resources quickly to suit each school's curriculum.
• Provide clear feedback to students during the lesson.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or General Science.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Professional, proactive attitude and ability to adapt to different school settings.
