About the role

We are seeking a passionate Science Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Aldershot. The position can be full‑time (5 days) or, for the right candidate, a flexible four‑day week.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Support pupils of varying abilities and foster a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour and inspire student interest in scientific subjects.
Contribute to departmental collaboration and school initiatives.

Required profile

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
Confidence in classroom management and ability to motivate pupils.
Reliability, flexibility and commitment to high teaching standards.

Required skills

Curriculum planning for KS3 and KS4 Science.
Lesson delivery and assessment.
Classroom behaviour management.
