Science Teacher (Full‑time/Part‑time) – Woking

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our 11‑16 secondary school in Woking for the September 2026 start. The position can be full‑time or part‑time (four days a week) and offers a competitive MPS/UPS salary band.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science lessons to students aged 11‑16, using the latest curriculum.
• Design and implement innovative, creative teaching approaches.
• Utilise interactive LED screens and specialist facilities such as the planetarium and performance space.
• Contribute to the development of the Science department and share best practices.
• Support students to achieve excellent learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Knowledgeable, energetic and committed to Science education.
• Willing to innovate and collaborate within a supportive team.
• Open to both early‑career teachers (ECTs) and experienced staff.
