About the role

Reed is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Woking from September 2026. The role involves delivering engaging Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils, fostering curiosity and strong academic progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess Science lessons for KS3 and KS4 with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Develop and adapt curriculum resources, including interactive and innovative teaching methods.
• Track student progress through coursework and assessments.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings and whole‑school training events.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level in the UK.
• Strong classroom management and ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
