About the role
Academics is partnering with a supportive secondary school in Hertfordshire to recruit a Science Teacher. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, starting in September 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Science across KS3 and KS4.
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons.
- Monitor and assess student progress.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Science.
- Confident classroom management skills.
- Passion for student progress and achievement.
