Science Teacher – Littlehampton (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a well‑equipped department in Littlehampton. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry or Physics to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils, contributing to the school’s strong academic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality Science lessons across the curriculum.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in departmental meetings and whole‑school initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their achievement.

Required skills

• Subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
