Science Teacher – Outstanding School in Harrow

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join an Ofsted Outstanding mixed comprehensive school in Harrow. The position starts in April 2026 and covers Key Stage 3 to 4, supporting both GCSE and A‑Level science programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons for KS3‑4.
• Utilise the school’s well‑resourced laboratories and subject‑specific teaching assistants.
• Assess student progress and contribute to departmental data.
• Collaborate with graduate mentors and senior staff to enhance the curriculum.
• Support the school’s ambition of high academic achievement and holistic development.

Required profile

• Qualified to teach Science at secondary level (experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers accepted).
• Innovative and creative approach to teaching.
