About the role
This part‑time position (3 days per week) is for a Science Teacher in a secondary school in East London, starting September 2026. You will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering a broad and engaging curriculum that inspires curiosity.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Science lessons for KS3‑KS4 students.
- Facilitate both practical experiments and theoretical discussions.
- Monitor, assess and record student progress.
- Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge in Science.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
- Passion for engaging learners in Science.
