About the role
We are seeking an inspiring Science Teacher to join a reputable secondary school in Bradford from September 2026. The role involves delivering engaging Science lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering curiosity and enquiry among students.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality Science lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages investigation and critical thinking.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as STEM clubs, science fairs and enrichment programmes.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Science or a related discipline.
- Experience teaching Science at secondary level in the UK.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
- Specialism in Chemistry, Biology or Physics is advantageous.
