About the role

Beacon Education is recruiting QTS-qualified science teachers for full-term temporary positions in local secondary schools across Essex and Kent. The agency looks for flexible, committed teachers with previous secondary school experience, excellent subject knowledge and a thorough understanding of the current curriculum.

Required profile

Previous secondary school teaching experience
QTS qualification
Enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and teamwork skills to deliver outstanding lessons with the support of other staff
Ability to use imagination and innovation to improve pupils' learning
Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people

What we offer

Pay of £140-160 per day (QTS)
Choice of available days and areas to work
Choice of key stages: EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
