Scrum Master – Agile Delivery Lead

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery within a complex, regulated technology environment for a leading investment management organisation. The role will be based in Edinburgh with a hybrid working model, focusing on embedding Scrum best practices and fostering collaboration between technology and business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and delivery governance.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Remove delivery impediments and improve sprint execution.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Manage and optimise Jira delivery environments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.
Required profile
- Strong Scrum Master experience within regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Experience working alongside Product Owners and Technology Leads.
- Exposure to Charles River, Salesforce or other investment platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics and reporting.
