Scrum Project Manager – Data & AI (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are supporting a global Life Sciences organisation on a high‑impact Data & AI transformation programme. As a Scrum Project Manager you will lead Agile delivery across business, technology and data teams, ensuring the programme meets its regulatory and automation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery using Scrum and Agile methodologies, facilitating all ceremonies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams spanning business, technology and data functions.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and delivery plans.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and key milestones.
• Remove blockers, drive continuous improvement and report progress to programme leadership.
• Support adoption of AI‑enabled, data‑driven ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Project Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong background delivering complex projects with Agile and Scrum.
• Experience working closely with software development, technology or data teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with confidence to challenge and remove obstacles.
