Seasonal Extraction Utility Operator

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our factory operations team for the upcoming sugar beet processing campaign. The role runs from September 2026 to mid‑March 2027 on a 12‑hour shift pattern, averaging 42 hours per week, including weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment within assigned areas of the factory, adhering to safety, production and quality standards.
• Monitor and control operational parameters to keep product specifications within defined limits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign targets.

Required profile

• Practical experience in a production or plant environment is desirable, but comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong safety awareness and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Flexibility to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Basic operation of industrial plant equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret process control data.
