About the role

Join Lush as a Seasonal Party and Sales Assistant, the friendly face of our Belfast store. You’ll welcome customers, deliver personalised product recommendations, and host engaging in‑store events such as bath‑bomb workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create an inviting store atmosphere.
• Provide personalised product advice, conduct on‑skin demos and product demonstrations.
• Host and support external and in‑store parties and workshops.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing shop floor.
• Assist the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Manage stock levels and ensure shelves are well‑stocked.
• Control store costs and support efficient store operations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, friendly and able to build rapport with customers.
• Flexible availability for shift work, including overtime.
• Team‑oriented with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
• Commitment to delivering a high‑standard, inclusive customer experience.
