About the role
Join The Body Shop’s dedicated team of consultants in Bath as a Seasonal Retail Consultant. You will inspire customers with the brand’s ethical beauty philosophy and guide them to products that match their lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and communicate the origins and natural ingredients of over 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Support store management in achieving sales and profit targets through exceptional service.
- Engage with customers during evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for connecting with customers and driving engagement.
- Availability for flexible shift patterns, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Interest in ethical and sustainable beauty products.
