Seasonal Sales Assistant

About the role

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant you will be the friendly face of the store, welcoming customers and delivering an engaging shopping experience. You will use your product knowledge to give personalised recommendations, perform demonstrations and hand out samples while supporting the team to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment.
• Provide personalised product recommendations, demonstrations and tailored samples.
• Assist in hosting in‑store events and ensure a memorable, inclusive experience.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing shop floor, adapting displays to seasonal trends.
• Manage stock levels efficiently and control product waste to meet budget targets.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating 5‑star experiences.
• Team‑oriented mindset, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication skills to keep information flowing across the store and with nearby locations.
