About the role

Join Pret’s vibrant team at Luton Airport’s Airside Departure Lounge as a Seasonal Team Member. You will be the friendly face of the shop, serving customers and preparing fresh, delicious food and drinks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve a range of food and beverage items according to Pret standards.
• Handle cash and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations.

• No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £14.05 (including mystery shopper bonus).
• Additional £5 per hour for shifts starting between 3 am‑5 am.
