Secondary Cover Supervisor – Flexible School Work

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Kent and Medway. This flexible, temporary position allows you to deliver pre‑prepared lessons and maintain classroom order while fitting around your personal schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Manage student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and curricula.
- Provide feedback to school staff on lesson delivery and pupil progress.
Required profile
- Some experience working with young people in education or youth‑focused settings.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour‑handling skills.
- Confidence in delivering pre‑prepared lesson material.
- Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.
