Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant – London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant to join our London head office. You will take over an established secondary desk that currently bills around £5,500 per week and benefit from strong brand support and extensive operational resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow existing school accounts.
• Win new secondary school partnerships.
• Manage candidate placements from sourcing to onboarding.
• Visit schools to build relationships and understand recruitment needs.
• Market candidates to schools and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in education recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting within secondary education.
• Consistent billing history and strong client‑candidate relationships.
• Excellent business development and sales skills.
