Secondary Maths Teacher – Bognor Regis (Pay to Scale)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established secondary school in Bognor Regis to recruit a passionate Maths teacher. The position starts in September and offers a pay‑to‑scale package. You will join a supportive department focused on high attainment and collaborative practice.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils (KS5 optional).
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Monitor and support pupil progress to improve attainment.
• Work closely with the Maths department and contribute to school‑wide activities.
• Participate in enrichment and extracurricular opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Maths.
• Effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
• Adaptable, driven and committed to student progress.
• Open to both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers (ECTs).
