Secondary Supply Teacher – Business (Year 11 OCR)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teacher to deliver Business lessons to Year 11 students following the OCR specification. The role is based at Harris Academy Greenwich and will support pupils in preparing for their final examinations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging OCR Business lessons for Year 11.
• Focus on exam technique and curriculum content to maximise student success.
• Monitor progress, assess work and provide targeted feedback.
• Maintain a productive and supportive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the department on planning and student progression.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching Year 11 Business, preferably with OCR.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent secondary teaching experience.
• Ability to motivate and build strong academic rapport with students.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
• Full right to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or comparable teaching qualification.
• Capability to assess pupil progress and deliver constructive feedback.
