About the role
Protocol Education is partnering with a range of secondary schools across Wiltshire to recruit qualified teachers for immediate placements or for the September 2026 academic year. The role offers the chance to join a supportive school environment, whether you are an early‑career teacher or an experienced professional seeking a fresh start.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons in your subject area.
- Assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues on departmental planning and school initiatives.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in your specialism.
- Confident classroom presence and ability to engage students.
- Commitment to supporting young people’s academic and personal development.
Required skills
- Subject‑specific expertise (e.g., English, Maths, Science, History, etc.).
