Engage Education is seeking enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants to join a range of supportive secondary schools in Bromley. Whether you are an experienced TA or starting a career in education, you will help create a positive learning environment for young people.

Key responsibilities

• Support students both inside and outside the classroom.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support as needed.
• Help maintain an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere.
• Encourage students to achieve their full potential.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS (cost covered by Engage Education).
