About the role

Vida Education is seeking qualified secondary teaching assistants for schools across Lancashire and Cumbria. The role can be arranged for a few days a week or full‑time, offering flexible placement to match your availability.

Key responsibilities

Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing daily activities.
Assist pupils with their learning, helping them progress academically.
Uphold the ethos, policies and safeguarding standards of the host school.

Required profile

Hold a recognised TA qualification or have relevant experience.
UK Right to Work status.
Willing to register with Vida Education and hold a current Enhanced DBS (or apply for one, cost applies).
Passionate about supporting students and contributing to a positive school environment.
