About the role
Engage Education is seeking enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants to support students in a range of welcoming secondary schools across Worthing. Whether you are experienced or just starting your career in education, you will play a vital part in creating an inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support where needed.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Encourage students to achieve their full potential.
Required profile
- Positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to obtain a valid Enhanced DBS (cost covered by Engage Education).
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
