Sector Programme Lead

About the role

Ambition Europe Limited is looking for an experienced Sector Programme Lead to shape and deliver growth strategies across key industry sectors. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive sector strategy, strengthen client relationships and raise the firm’s market profile.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop growth opportunities within target sectors.
• Lead thought‑leadership initiatives and support key client programmes.
• Manage bids, pitches and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Conduct market research, horizon scanning and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with international teams to meet commercial objectives.
• Oversee budget management and business development capability building for lawyers.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Minimum five years of business development experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong sector‑focused business development and client relationship management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering strategic marketing and BD campaigns.
• Strong project management, communication and organisational skills.
