Security Engineer (CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms)

About the role

We are seeking a Security Engineer to join a growing security services team in Hampshire. The role involves installing, servicing and maintaining IP CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems for a variety of client sites across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, repair and fault‑find IP CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems on customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure high quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and advice.
• Support team members and share knowledge where required.
• Manage documentation and complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated attitude.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the security industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to train in any single discipline if needed.
• Relevant qualifications such as IPAF, CSCS/ECS, FIA or City & Guilds are desirable.
