Security Fencing Sales Estimator

About the role

The Security Fencing Sales Estimator will join a specialist construction sales consultancy to provide accurate quotations, manage client accounts and support project delivery across commercial and residential fencing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotes by liaising with suppliers, installation teams and internal departments.
• Visit project sites 2‑3 times per week to assess requirements and support sales activities.
• Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Source and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Handle enquiries, clarifications and value‑engineering discussions with contractors.
• Oversee projects typically valued between £50k‑£500k.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an estimator in fencing, security, access, civil works or related sectors.
• Proven background in sales, account management, on‑site operations or project management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Pro‑active, organised, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
• Full UK driving licence.
