Security Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Our client, a globally recognised luxury hospitality brand, is looking for a hands‑on Security Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen and evolve its cyber security capabilities across on‑premises and Microsoft Azure environments. You will act as the technical subject‑matter expert, driving vulnerability remediation, threat response and continuous improvement of security controls for a global estate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve cyber security incidents, investigations and technical issues, using enterprise XDR platforms.
• Lead remediation of findings from penetration tests, vulnerability scans and security assessments, coordinating with infrastructure, cloud and regional IT teams.
• Conduct technical security reviews of infrastructure and cloud environments, identify gaps, assess risks and implement remediation strategies.
• Provide security expertise throughout IT and business projects, ensuring security requirements are embedded from the outset.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives and governance activities, and maintain consistent security standards across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems engineering or support.
• Proven experience in cyber security operations and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience working with penetration testing and vulnerability management outputs.
• Ability to collaborate with global and regional IT teams and build stakeholder relationships.
