Security Service Manager – ISO & PD6662 Standards

About the role

The Security Service Manager will lead a team of engineers, coordinators and administrators to ensure the delivery of high‑quality intruder alarm, CCTV and access control services across Kent and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, PD6662, NSI, SSAIB and NACOSS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule security engineers and subcontractors to meet service level agreements.
• Oversee stock levels, spare parts inventory and minor works quotations.
• Conduct audits, assessments and produce reports for NSI, NACOSS, PD6662 and ISO standards.
• Monitor engineer performance, KPI metrics and update training matrices.
• Ensure all service work follows approved standards for intruder alarms, CCTV and access control.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing security service engineers in a NSI, SSAIB or NACOSS‑certified company.
• Strong knowledge of PD6662 alarm grading and intruder security standards.
• Ability to interpret and enforce service level agreements and KPI reporting.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
