Segment Leadership Consultant II – Global GTM Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a Segment Leadership Consultant II to shape global go‑to‑market strategy and drive alignment across diverse customer segments. You will work in a complex, matrixed environment, bringing leaders together, translating insights into action, and influencing commercial success on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders to provide frameworks, insight, facilitation and enablement for persona GTM strategies.
• Translate customer and market understanding into clear choices, priorities, initiatives and measures.
• Synthesize persona GTM strategies into a single aligned global plan and identify shared priorities, dependencies and opportunities.
• Develop GTM strategy for enterprise offerings that span multiple personas.
• Lead global commercialization planning for new products, major enhancements, migrations and portfolio changes.

Required profile

• Significant experience in consulting, commercial strategy, go‑to‑market leadership or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare markets, customer buying dynamics and provider needs across geographies.
• Proven track record of developing GTM and growth strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, facilitation and communication skills.
