Self-employed Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking a self‑employed Estate Agent to join our premium property team serving Hertfordshire. You will operate independently, choosing your own territory and managing your own diary while benefiting from extensive support and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Source, value and sell high‑end residential properties across your chosen area.
• Generate leads through AI‑driven platforms, portal listings and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Conduct instant valuations and present offers to clients.
• Maintain client relationships and progress sales through our digital conveyancing system.
• Utilise the bespoke CRM to track activities and report performance.

Required profile

• Previous estate agency experience at a valuer level, preferably with high‑value properties.
• UK residency with a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to manage your own diary.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

What we offer

• On‑target earnings between £100,000 and £175,000 per year.
• Guarantee of £2,250 per month for the first four months.
