About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice and recommendations to clients based on their needs and financial situation.
• Identify, contact and develop relationships with potential clients and estate‑agency introducers.
• Gather and analyse client information, complete accurate documentation and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain FCA‑required competence, stay updated on product and regulatory changes and fulfil CPD requirements.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an employed or self‑employed mortgage advisor.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and able to work independently.
• Strong sales and client‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Mortgage advisory and product knowledge.
• Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance procedures.
